INITIAL CUSTOMER CONTACT
Access support via:
- Website – The website has information regarding hours, contact information and includes a direct email link to support. Check in for links to helpful hints, guides and FAQ's.
- E-mail - To submit a support issue, please use this link to the support request form so that we may serve you better. Requests can also be sent directly to support@aspgs.com. Using the forms during regular business hours is the most favorable method.
- Telephone – For after hours or weekend support please call our hot line.
First Response
When customers submit a request to our support desk a ticket is created and an initial response is emailed to our customer, with a ticket number.
Dispatch
Our response team reviews, levels and prioritizes the ticket. Depending on the nature of the request a ticket is dispatched for resolution to either a support team or technician.
