Stan Stein
Founder, Chairman, and Chief Technology OfficerStan Stein is founder and Chief Technical Officer for ASP Global Services and the key momentum behind the vision and technology powering the company. A technology veteran of 25 years, he is regarded as one of the revolutionary minds behind what is known today as ERP. He spent the last 20 years developing database and supply-chain driven applications in a wide range of industries. Under Mr. Stein’s development, the UniCODE® software applications have grown in prominence and emerged as integral logistics solutions for some of the world’s leading companies. Mr. Stein has developed software solutions for nearly all industries, including retail, consumer goods, healthcare, aerospace, finance, manufacturing and distribution.

Russell Smith
Chief Financial OfficerPrior to joining ASP Global Services, Mr. Smith was the Chief Financial Officer for Unified Precious Metals, Inc. dba The American Historic Society (AHS), a $150 Million direct response marketer and wholesaler of collectible coins. Mr. Smith was responsible for all financial reporting and accounting systems, credit and collections, banking relations, and internal controls. Prior to joining AHS in 1996, Mr. Smith was the Director of Finance for Voice Powered Technology International, Inc. VPTI-OTC, a $25 Million consumer electronics company. Prior to VPTI, Mr. Smith held various senior finance and management positions in companies involved in distribution, real estate and manufacturing. Mr. Smith brings with him a diversified and unique background in accounting and operations, in start-up, rapid growth and turnaround companies, in both the public and private sectors.

Mike Mullane
Vice President OperationsMike Mullane is Vice President of Operations for ASP Global Services and oversees the Product Development and Professional Services organizations. Mr. Mullane has over 12 years experience in application development and IT consulting. Prior to joining ASP Global Services, Mr. Mullane was Director of Operations Planning at Level 3 Communications in Broomfield, CO. He was responsible for the development and management of strategic product development initiatives. He was accountable for the definition and execution of product operating plans spanning multiple software development lifecycles. Mr. Mullane was instrumental in developing and delivering Level 3’s IPVPN product offering from inception to commercial GA, enabling product revenue growth in excess of $18M per year. Mr. Mullane also has extensive experience with Software Quality Assurance, Network Management, and Software Development Lifecycles. Prior to Level 3, Mr. Mullane held senior positions with Compuware, Sprint and Netigy, consulting some of the world’s most dynamic companies including Hewlett Packard, Electronic Data Systems, Qwest Communications, Echo Star, Comcast, CSC, British Telecom and Bank of America.

Roark Janis
VP Marketing & SalesRoark Janis oversees Marketing, Sales and Product Management for ASP Global Services. Mr. Janis has over 15 years experience in providing supply chain services focusing on technology. He has worked with UniCODE® for more than 12 years as a customer and was instrumental in defining the application’s functionality and the SaaS business model. He came from Panalpina where he was Vice President Supply Chain Solutions managing the design, sales, implementation, and operation of logistics services in the hi-tech, automotive, and retail/fashion industries for global accounts such as IBM, ADTRAN, SMTC, Plantronics, General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Hyundai, Roots, TJMax, and HEB. Previously, Mr. Janis worked for Circle International as Director Logistics, developing and deploying supply chain execution software globally. In that role, as a customer, he was instrumental in applying UniCODE® technology to the supply chain sector to expand Circle’s services. He also managed logistics facilities in Mexico and cross border operations with the US. In his early career, Mr. Janis worked with Apple Computer and Verizon (formerly GTE) in managing logistics audits and developing pricing strategy.
